Eagle Hills is a new development located on the Estepona Golf course just outside the city bearing the same name. The complex is made up of apartments with either one, two or three bedrooms. The one bedroom units have one bathroom while the two and three bed units have two bathrooms one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom.
The distribution is open with the kitchen opening onto the living and dining area which has access to the terrace. The majority of the apartments also have all their bedrooms with direct access to the terrace, this is not a feature that is extremely common although it is one that is usually greatly appreciated by buyers.
